It was one of the best internet service providers I’ve experienced. Their service was very quick, and I appreciate their promptness. They value customer requests in a friendly manner. I would love to have them back.

Consistent good speed, little sign of slow down, great customer service ( I have taken a modem into Ahuriri store and been helped for free).

Good speed, consistent quality and great customer service.

Price higher than main competitors, we have noticed an increase in periodic speed slow down’s recently.

We signed up for their Hyperfibre plan and we got it at the same price we were paying to Spark. Their Wifi7 routers are fast.

Found NOW to be a great company to deal with while I lived in Hawkes Bay. They answered phone calls quickly and could usually fix whatever the problem was while I was on the phone. If they needed to call back they did so without prompting. Recommend them as a provider.

I didn't find any lags or buffering through out the year. And customer support and installation all are professional. And i got this all for a good price, but now my contract ends. So i'm looking for another.
