Easy to contact by internet / by phone. Quick response to deliver the router when moving to a new accomodation. The help center people are friendly, eager to help and patient to help and understand that people (we) are not experts managing electronic devices.

Customer service is very poor and support difficult to access.
Did not follow through on commitments to fix their errors. Emails unanswered.
Have changed providers but the exit has been far from smooth so far.

Broadband was OK.

Don't have words to decribe how woeful this lot are. Signed up and paid for the 300/100 plan as it seemed good value but get 100/20. Told Northpower Fibre don't do more than 100/20. Nonsense! They can deliver 1 G and have thousands of customers on 300/100. Can't get any answer as the CC does not exist.

None so far! Just hope they can deliver eventaully! when the get their act together

Everything about this outfit does not deliver as advertised.
