I signed up for broadband on the 17 August 2022 as I moved house and don't have fibre, I was assured they could give me broadband, first modem didn't work, 2nd modem isn't working as they still have the sim card # on my account from the first modem, no one seems to give a shit, today is the 23rd August and I'm still waiting, I'm suppose to be working from home, but can't. We have been a customer for some years now. We are glad we made the change. Technical support has been great as we have had issues with landline and ADSL. Their team is proactive it is just a pity that Chorus seem to be a bunch of muppets.

Great friendly cutomer and technical suppot. You get to talk to Kiwis who know what they are doing

A friendly NZ based customer service team that answer the phone promptly and actually help. Such a refreshing change from the BS & lies I got from my previous Internet provider.
